In therapy, specific attention is given to increasing people’s awareness of how they relate to themselves and how they can improve their capacity to engage in healthy and fulfilling relationships with others.

Rachel’s therapeutic style is psychodynamic with an emphasis on attachment and understanding the impact of trauma. Her main areas of expertise includes working with individuals, couples and assisting carers in the management of traumatised children.
